So the color Run taught me a few things. I am not a runner. When I sprint I apparently can sprint fast then go immediately into an asthma attack / hyperventilation.
If you have xm channel 33 is amazing they have a dj I swear named Swedish eagle and Fred Schneider from b52 is an awesome guest celebrity dj except every 2 seconds he plugs how fabulous he is.
